Do you offer a warranty?All NVS products have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defect.

How do I file a warranty claim? Email us at Info@nvseurope.com,with your order number, phone number and picture of the issue. We can only process claims for orders that were purchased through our website. If you purchased through a retail outlet contact the warranty claims.

I need to Exchange / Return something? Email us at Info@nvseurope.com,with your order number, product you would like to return and the exchange product you wish to receive. All returns must me made within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. It is recommended to use a shipping method with tracking. Any cost differences on exchanges will be refunded or charged during the exchange process. Refunds will be delivered only after the product is received and examined.

How much is shipping? We offer a flat shipping rate of 5.50 euros for all EU orders via Regular Mail and free shipping for all orders over 29 euros. We also offer Expedite Mail for 9.00 euros and Tracked Mail for 10.00 euros.

Do you offer tracking numbers? Yes, you can request Tracked Mail. Once the order is shipped you will be emailed the tracking number and a link to track the package.

What is the delivery time? Delivery time varies depending on your location. Regular Mail delivery is 7-9 business days. Expedite Mail delivery is 3-6 business days.

How do I become a distributor? Send us an email at Info@nvseurope.com,with your company / contact info. Please include estimated monthly volume.

Which fin is best for me? We'd love to be able to tell you which fin is best suited for you but we don't know your surf style, skill level and the waved you surf. We offer ideal weight ranges and size info for all our fins. If you're unsure and want some professional feedback send us an email and we'll do our best to help you pick the fins best suited to you. Make sure to include your height, weight, board type (size), skill level, current fin setup and what you're looking to improve.

Can you make a custom fins? We can make custom fins but there are additional development costs. If you are interested please email us at Info@nvseurope.com with the following info: Size / style of fin, quantity needed.

Can I buy a single fin? We don't normally offer single fins but if you need one shoot us an email with what you re looking for and we'll see if we can help you out.

Does NVS Share my private information? No, we do not share any of your info with third party's.
